MPEG, CAS, MPSE - MEET AND GREET DATE: MARCH 2, 2012 TIME: 7PM to 10PM LOCATION: http://www.midnightblue85.com/ MIDNIGHT BLUE REST/BAR 212.439.1580 1640 Second Avenue corner of 85th Street New York, NY 10028 PLEASE RSVP to ghilton@hiltonmm.com I'm organizing a group get together for Post production professionals in NYC. I'm inviting CAS, MPSE, MPE members and pros in the business. I'll be posting updates. As soon as we have critical mass, we'll set a date. I'm also arranging for a couple vendors to provide speakers. We'll be meeting up town on 86th street east side (assuming we don't go over 100 people) if we do, we'll move to a bigger venue. Hoping to have AVID(digidesign), DOLBY , A8 REALISER folk to provide some speakers and demos. Mostly, its a good time to meet your peers and chat about generating leads, work, new toys, and share knowledge... ( and perhaps drink a tinge...) so we're at about 20 in one day, Dolby is working on a presentation, AVID is chasing down something fun for us and CAS, MPSE is helping out... more info soon cheers geo |
