Promoting/Marketing Consulting

It's hard times out here I'm sure you all know it. Alot of broke rappers in my city right now. I need to be able to reach a larger number of possible sales(customers). I would like to consult with somebody who knows marketing/promoting.

Can somebody please point me in the direction of somebody who does this, or drop your 2cents on which direction I should take. I got the product, now I need to be heard. I'm really not sure where to begin with this so any advice you have would be appreciated.

the Post-Production forum is about doing sound for picture (film, TV, web), nothing to do with music or marketing....
