headphones don't work on my MBox

The front mic input on my Mbox (original) isn't working for some reason. I installed pro tools 8 on my macbook (I usually have it on my PC) and now the front mic imput has nothing coming out of it.

Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem? Is there some setting in pro tools 8 that keeps it from working?

Okay, I'm not at my computer now, but it just hit me. Can you only use one headphone output at a time? If so, that would be the problem since my headphones are coming out the back (I need the front to go to the actor doing ADR). Is there a way to have both work?

No, it's one or the other.

You'll need a splitter.
