Thread Starter | PT9 & Video
I haven't done much post production so bear with me. I have a video I need to do sound design for, what would be the best codec and resolution to import it into pt? I have it in h.264 & DV, as well as in 480, 720, & 1080. Thanks! |

| Your cpu will like DV better than H264.

| Lives for gear | PT9 & Video
DV or applepro res or the avid hd format. Anything else isnt recommended due to frame accuracy. Plus h264 is brutal on the cpu and i speak from experience.
