As I know some people are 'pro' and some people are 'con' regarding the use of 'signature sounds', I'm just making this thread as a tracking device for those that care to post. If they wish to discuss the usage as well, have at it! Jeff p.s. I have to say one of the oddest uses of the sound (I'm 99% sure that's what it is though I've never actually recorded and played back the thing to make sure) is in a lottery company's radio and tv ads. It appears briefly at the end, perhaps to sound like 'excitement' but it is cut off and just the first part of the scream. Very strange... |
