Be a bit more verbose - how did you get the audio? - as an OMF? as a separate WAV? inside of a video file? if so, what video format? Does it have 2-pops? How long is the video? Did you check the samplerate?

the audio was recorded separate from the video
a small point and shoot type camera and using audacity
bumped it to 44.1 wav out of audacity , when I imported it to Nuendo I did up it to 48 .
you know I am not sure what the camera audio sample rate is .
I assumed it was 48 ?

How long is this piece?
Figure out the %.
Is it off by 0.10% or 4%?

Did you check the "resample" option on import? Otherwise, you may sped the audio up.
