Quick PT 'spotting' question

So.., when I 'command + right click' on a region it brings up a contextual menu that among other things offers me three spotting options:

*move region start to selection start
*move region sync to selection start
*move region end to selection start

I'm simply wondering if these options exist anywhere other than this contextual menu. Reason is that I'de like to see if there's an assigned short cut to these commands... and/or be able to create my own using the program Quickeys.

Short story is that I'm looking for a quick/easy way to get the same kind of behavior as with Logics "pickup clock" command.

Might be due to my naive'ness here.. but I actually prefer to not use those keys in this particular case because I don't have to switch PT "link timeline selection" mode. I can just keep it on.. which works great in combination with "edit insertion follows scrub/shuttle".

I.E., if i use say the "H" key... and my timeline (and and scrub) are linked to the selection.. then I first have to turn OFF "link timeline selection" first... but using the "control + click" method I can just keep it on...

Like I said.. might be me not fully understanding something, because I would LOVE to use just the "H, J, K" keys, but not at the expense of always switching the "link timeline selection" mode.
