Looking for a place to purchase an old documentary

I'm looking for Ben Burt's "Special Effects: Anything Can Happen"

Anyone know where I can purchase a dvd copy of it? I tried amazon and ebay, and of course no go, even Netflix & Blockbuster.

I know the film is older (released in 1996 if I'm correct).

Any suggestions appreciated!

Watch Star Wars On "Special Effects: Anything Can Happen" (1996) Online - VideoSurf Video Search

Looks to me as if it was only released in theaters. Maybe send an Email to IMAX or Skywaker Ranch and see if they know anything about a DVD of the movie. In one on line blog someone made reference to waiting for the movie to be released on DVD but that was a couple of years ago.
