ADR Spotting Program

Can anyone recommend an ADR spotting program that is capable of running in Snow Leopard? Does anyone have ADR Manager running stably in Snow Leopard? Any other players on this rarified ball field?

As much as I love Steve, & I suspect a new version of ADR Manger is due very soon. Spotting in ProTools and export text to a spreadsheet.
A track for each Character, Region Group or blank audio region for cues....

Kind of a hassle, but unless I'm on a big show it works fine for me.

Nuendo 5

Built in ADR manger

built in soundminer-ish media bay

built in batch export

Also has very handy options for preparing a session to be moved to a different, dual mono based system

Here is a link to download some Excel Spreadsheets I've put together that may work for you. One is formatted for working in feet and frames and the other for working in timecode. Each has a master list and linked sheets for the talent and the ADR editor so you can fill in the master sheet and the linked sheets get the input as well. It's roughly based on the ADR cue sheet examples in John Purcell's book. It's kind of a work in progress, but it may do the trick. Feel free to alter them in any way you want and repost the changes. I've removed the password protection on my download site for now and I'll try to keep it that way for a while. However, at some point I'll have to put the password protection back on.

Really, thank you all for your help. Edicue was suggested over at the DUC and that seems promising. I did manage to get ADR Manager running on Snow Leopard and will test it thoroughly.

My only reason in trying to use ADR Manager is that, in the building where I work, there are four ADR Editors that use it (under Leopard unfortunately) and that affords me some comfort and a "think tank" of sorts. The Facility has a copy of ADR Manager and is offering it for my use and is lending me support in trying to get it to work. The project is large and the schedule is very tight and it is the facilities project. I have about 3 weeks to settle on a program and become proficient.

Again I so appreciate your input and help and please, please if you...or anyone else has any suggestions...please post!

Thank You!

It handles ADR cues in seconds and milliseconds instead of TC?

I'm pretty sure it's based on whatever your transport pref is set too.. bar/beat.. tc... samples.. etc

I have't had to op to play with it thoroughly yet. right now it's just my red rider bb gun

in all the neundo versions so far.. different element of the program all talk to each other so I'd be very very surprised if my assumption is wrong
