Ceiling or wall mount speakers?

Hi,
can you folks help me out. I need to setup 5.1 srd snd and considered ceiling LCR and RL/RR wall mount due to the space I am using.

Any suggestion on the type or manufacture mount out in the market?

The question is drilling holes into the monitor worry me, will it cause fx or any type of big enough damage or alter the sound in anyway. My partner and I are using DSM2 speakers setup. Can we avoid this and which mounting system?

your inputs are great appreciated.

I have a lot experience with the omnimount products. They require drilling if your speakers don't already have the mounts installed (blue sky and JBL are the only monitors that I know of that do)

They have models supporting speakers up to 75 lbs if you have strong enough walls (I have put 30 lb speakers into drywall with some Molly anchors)

I used CRT TV wall mounts, the speakers sit on top of them (on their own isolation pads). No drilling required...
