Metering in the box with dolby media meter and waves dorrough

anyone out there metering with the waves dorrough meter along with the dolby media meter? any luck?

In the dolby media meter, I don't quite understand the differences between the 'all' program level and 'dialogue' levels. it was my understanding that the dialogue intelligence measures the level of dialogue (short term and infinite) and the all program measures an entire mix. my meters on the dmm are showing the dialogue levels are higher than the all program levels by about 1-2 db.

When looking at the dorroughs, they are off by about 3 db from the dmm when the rms hits the higher levels on the dorrough meter. For example if the dorrough is peaking at -19dbfs rms, then the dmm shows the dialogue at around -21 or -22 and the all program is at -23. Maybe this has to do with metering LKFS on the dmm?

any insight from anyone using these 2 meters? thanks.
