Yellowstone National Park

Hey slutz,

just got back from a little family vacation/field recording trip. Yellowstone has to be one of the most quiet places on earth but I did get some excellent stuff. I also did some driving around after dark and hit many of the hotspots. All I gotta say is holy crap.. pitch black.. totally alone... ultra quiet.. in my head I was surrounded by a pack of wolves and bigfoot. after an hour of that I raced back to the lodge before I pooped myself haha.

Here's a pic my wife took.

Nothing like a trip to a place like that to let you know just how much tinnitus you've gotten yourself over the years.

Glad you had a great time. Beatiful country up there.

Looks like you are near the edge of the caldera.
