Foley design help

Hey there, . I am a foley artist/recordist and am designing a new layout/pits and props etc in a newer bigger room. If anyone can help by sending me there basic floor plans,photos, surfaces and any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. As usual Foley has a limited budget and I am recycling 2 pits from the old room as well as all the props and a set of shelves. I have the opportunity to build a complete layout (within reason).
The room is around 8x5 metres with a 4 metre ceiling.
It needs to double as a room for use with loop group but foley is the main focus. The room will be used for other feature films so surfaces like hardwood floor/grass/tarseal as well as dirt gravel and shingle would be good. some pit design/photos ideas would be helpful.
Storage shelving/tables or useful work flow ideas are all gratefully recieved.
