I've been invited for 2 years running. Last year I couldn't do it because of a scheduling. I'm trying to pull it together now to attend this year. It's a really good cause and looks like lots'o fun! I'm supposed to be shooting in Columbus on the weekend the tournament is being held, but i'm trying to see if i can work out an over night flight and back for some poker.

It would be fantastic if the post world could join us at this event.

I created this event as a way for the people of our industry to have an opportunity to spend a fun afternoon together outside of the forums; meet new friends; see old friends; discover new products from the generous donations; and raise a little money for a great charity (Home | Sound Art).

The prize list this year keeps growing and the caliber of prizes is mind-blowing! You don't have to be a great player to join us. There is an instruction table set up about 1/2 hour before the tournament starts so that people can brush up on their poker skills. Last year, we gave out about 50 prizes and many of the winners told us that this was the first time they had ever played in a poker tournament. There is also a way (small donation) to just come and watch the game as a spectator. This way you can join in on some of the raffle prizes we are offering while enjoying the event.
