Any RTW Surround Control users?

Does anyone on this board use the RTW Surround Control monitor controller/metering package? I am looking for a robust 7.1 (Blu-Ray format) monitor controller. RTW does not seem to be willing to let me demo one.

I am looking for opinions on this piece of hardware, positive or negative.

If anyone in the Greater L.A. area has one, and wouldn't mind a visit, I would love to check it out.

I have been using my 30900 now 4 years and am very happy with. It suits my needs very well and sounds great. I demoed mine and kept it.

I think current product is 31900, which must have some extra features (don't know what, though).

Got an 30900 1 1/2 years ago, when RTW was selling them out as factory refurbished models.

Love it !!!
Wondering why it doesn`t get much hype around here.

They are still available as I know, and I would defintely get my hands on one,
great value for the money!! PM me if you need help finding a dealer.

The newer 31900 is basically the same, but it has an option slot for directly encoding AC3 streams and a headphone out

Thank you both. Have either of you had any issues with them?

I'm in L.A and my concern is how difficult it will be to get parts/service done in a timely fashion.
