Where is a good place to post Jobs Offered?

Where is a good place to post a job offered type of posting. We are currently looking for a part time video/graphics person. We normally post on the local college's electronic bulletin board and on other college Career Services boards but don't seem to get many replies. If we do get replies the person is looking for lots of benefits, a four to six week vacation and a hefty salary. Not what we are currently looking for.

We get too many crazies if we post on Craig's list.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Mandy.com maybe? Depends how much it's used in your area, seems to vary from region to region.
