PCM for bluray

I'm delivering 5.1 discrete pcm for bluray.. it's my only option at the moment

but I'm curious, what kind of encoders are out there that handle things like dialnorm and compression for this format? do they do that with bluray or is it built into the players?

Blu ray specs supports raw PCM but most of the time it will end up in one of the Dolby or DTS lossless format.
I do authoring for Blu-ray and i use the DTS-HD Master Audio Suite. It works great and sounds fantastic.
