Thread Starter | FCP ignore Audio Filters?
Is there a way to have Final Cut Pro ignore all the plug-ins installed on my system? Trying to launch and all my Waves "Audio Filters" are bogging down, to the point where FCP freezes, the start-up. |

You could try pulling the Waveshell-AU.component out of its folder and to the desktop temporarily...or rename it. (note: there may be some numbers after the "AU" part of the file name). You should find it here: /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
