Hi Does anyone know if a multitrack (cantar) file can be used in Pro Tools 8 LE with DV toolkit 2.0? (or maybe the Complete Toolkit?) --> In PTHD it's possible to click with the right-mouse button on an audiofile to read the metadata of a take an see the associated channels recorded with the Multitrack-recorder (cantar). I would like to know if this is possible with one of the LE toolkits... Thanks, Giorgo |

If the Cantar file is a multitrack .wav file (.bwf) then protools will read it either via import or drag and drop. Meta data (Track Name) will show up in the regions. You don't need the DV Toolkit for any of this. Only if you want to Import/Export OMF and look at timecode..
