ProTools Error Message- Video Contains No Frames

Hi guys!
I'm just enquiring regarding an error message that I'm getting in ProTools. This message comes up when I try to import a standard DV PAL Quicktime movie into the session. It says something on the lines of:

Import failed as the video contains no frames.

It plays back perfectly on the same computer via Quicktime so I'm a bit unsure as to what it might be!

Anyone had this happen to them?

re-name the file. no funny characters, hyphens, dots etc. maybe keep the name short too

There was a sort of natural reverb when firing at the Behringer and it sounded sweet to my ears.

You have an illegal character either in the file name or in the path name.
