Thread Starter | Terminator Salvation bikes and droid sfx...how?
Hi Guys, Saw the film...didn't much care for it (Christian Bale really has to lay off the low grunting voice stuff...didn't he get the memo that we didn't like it the first time he did it in TDK? ), but thought some of the sound design was cool.Esp. the big harvester droid, bike and hunter-killer sounds... I was trying to figure out how they did them. I think the starting point is servo sounds run through some sort of time stretch/buffer repeater/time freezer effect. Any of you guys know? Kudos to however designed them.. Cheers, Joe
