Dialog processing for video game

Looking for some advice on how to be a little more efficient in the following process:

I need to deliver individual files with the spec of an RMS value between -15 and -10 with peaks not to exceed -.5. I'm looking for a plug that will allow me to compress the audio while displaying the resulting RMS value. Obviously, each file needs to be processed with differing amounts of compression but I'm getting bogged down by having to switch from plugin to plugin to see the RMS values after processing. I'm working in Pro Tools. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I don't know of a plug that does both.. but what I would do is set up a limiter at -5 followed by a meter like Roger Nichols Level Meter that can display peak and RMS after after the limiter.. on the output or print bus.

Maybe try Shift + Plugin Click to see more plugins at the same time.
Windows Configurations (Cmnd+Opt+J) are great also - you can set which plugins you want to see, in which window (mix/edit) and just click ("." + NumPad number + "*") to recall it.

If that's what you're looking for.
I hope it helps.

I think that in Soundforge there's a compressor/limiter that can compress to a set RMS value. I don't know of such a plugin for Pro Tools, but maybe it does exist?
