Need ISDN/source connect studios in Europe.

Hi there. For an up coming project we need to hook up from New Zealand via ISDN or Source Connect (or less desirably phone hybrid) to the following countries:

Spain
France
Italy
Belgium
Czech Republik, and
Finland

Studios need to have a very good signal chain, a quiet/dead room, and quicktime video playback capabilities.
Pro Tools is preferred but we can do OMFs as well.
