ALCS on TBS

Is anybody watching the ALCS game on TBS? I'm watching on the HD channel and noticed everytime the ball hits the catchers mitt, or there is a hit, the overall volume of all 5.1 channels drops on the impact and slowly comes back up to normal level. I'm assuming its the broadcast limiter, but wanted to see if anyone else was notcing the same thing.

Most likely the dolby automatic level control.. (So it's your cable receiver doing it)
The dolby metadata thing is very much misunderstood and underused by audio mixers..
I hope some one who understands this better than me can explain it?

It could be any number of things, but live broadcasts have been experiencing a wide variety of problems due to some rapidly changing standards and incompatible or outdated equipment.
