What's this sound?

Hi,
There is a radio competition running here in Ireland where you have to identify a sound.
Nobody can get it and thought you pros might want to have a guess. The answer will be revealed tomorrow. I will post here when they announce it.
They have given 3 clues:

Millions are used every day
Not usually found in the home
Slippy when wet

My wild guess is a very close mic recording of clay casino chips....I assume that they are slippy when wet.

I didn't take the time to read all of the items it is not. But, it sounds to me like a person walking on a somewhat rough sidewalk, with the mic in close proximity and with just midrange frequencies.

Just a thought. Sometimes the simplest answers are the right ones

Not to hijack this thread, but here's another sound to guess from a dutch radiostation.

Het Geluid van Q - Het Geluid is nu € 10.800 waard! (6 oktober gestart)

There's also a list with wrong answers but those are in dutch.

If you click on 'oude geluiden' there's youtube vids of past guessed sounds. But again in dutch

So I see on the site that it has been won, but I don't see the answer anywhere, what was it?

Edit: so after some googling, it seems it was "Shaking a sachet of sauce in hand" What the hell is a sachet?
