Control 24 Scribble Strips

Sorry guys, have posted this on the duc, and no takers so far, maybe someone here has some info...

Lately scribble strips 13 & 14 do not display the correct information, depending on what Pro Tools session i am in they are either blank or they display random ASCI characters.

Anyone else experiencing this, or better, have a solution?

I have tried various sessions so it seems a Control 24 issue, i have also tried resetting the desk to its defaults, which has not helped.

Sending this back to Digi would be a huge issue.

Thanks in advance.

Stephen

we had that on our Control-24 here - it's an original, V1 (read:old). After scribbles starting to fail we had bad motors on faders 3/12/18. I called Digi and they overnighted a free kit for fader packs and power supply. It is obviously a huge pain to yank it from the Argosy, but we didn't have to send it out.

Which revision is your unit? Give 'em a call (with the serial number) and you maybe surprised.
