good friend looking to rent post-studio space...LA (westside ideally)

Hi folks,

didn't want to post this in 'want to buy' as it's not really wanting to buy...and posting as a favor for someone very un-internet savvy. It's also very post production-specific.

A good producer friend is looking for a studio space in Los Angeles, preferably westside. It's for a year basically (could be a bit longer, but most likely just a year), it could be in a post facility, or a standalone place, or whatever - the ideals would be a very good sized room - the kind of room size you might need for good midsized monitors like the larger adams or mid size ATC speakers. Perhaps 25' by 30' roughly or something of that ilk. A little smaller would be fine too. Treated would be a big plus, but they have budget to sort something out if not.

Empty shell is ideal as gear etc. and furniture already dealt with. He's building his own place but it's from the ground up and it's going to take a while I think.

Budget is around $3k a month for rent ideally (flexible though). The company clients are mostly major indie and smaller studio pics both music supervision and some recording/arranging so a vocal booth would be ideal too, but not at all vital. A machine room or second room usable as such would be a very big plus too, again not vital though. It's got to be a reasonably good client playback place first and foremost. Anybody know of anywhere? Ideally, starting early July, though again I believe that is flexible too. If I had any space myself I'd rent it out in an instant but we barely have room for the studio dog's waterbowl...

Even in a post facility not originally aimed at music but that might sound decent might be good.
