Stinger SFX?

Can anyone recommend a good stinger library? We have the Premiere 1 - need general whooshes and swishes to go with it - reality and generic transition types. I'm looking at Hollywood Edge Title FX or Precision Sound stingers... leaning towards Precision Sound because it doesn't seem to be as musical based.

Any thoughts? Thanks

blastwave

Most things from BlastwaveFX (The Detroit Chop Shop) are strongly element-based...tons of whooshes, stingers, sweepers, distortions. Also try Digital Juice elements.

Make your own! That's way more fun than using someone else's.

After a week of working with them, I have to take back my complaint of Precision Sounds SFX. They work really well with transitions. I listened to them on their own and they sounded crazy, over the top. But in the production... fit perfectly. They have a lot of attitude.

Stinger SFX blastwave

I've been using blastwave's collections too.

very well produced, high fidelity.
great stand alone elements, also great base sounds if you want to process, twist, and shape them yourself (which is what i personally like to do).

Wikipedia says it means "quoted for truth." I'd never seen that one, either.
