Midi interface with LTC out sending 23.98??

Anyone know if any manufacture is making a Midi interface with LTC smpte output that supports 23.98? I'm using Protools to record on location and want it to be the Timecode master and Drive the input of a Timecode Slate and send it to the Audio Input of the camera. I have a Digital Timepiece which only does 24.

Do you have a very accurate way of generating a clock signal to drive the PT system?

RME interfaces with TCO (time code option) can generate LTC that you can tune in increments of 0.1% if i recall correctly. but perhaps it's an overkill to carry a fireface just to generate clock. hope you find something more appropriate.
