Monitoring conditions for a theatrical mix, not intended for print

Dear friends! This thread is somewhat close to the thread Projecting HD Doc in Cinema with AC3 File, but... I'm asked to mix a feature, based on a live rock concert with some interview dialogs, in 5.1 for theatrical presentation. The music is alredy mixed in 5.1 by the band's engineer and our music mixer. The producer wants me to do the final mix at our big dub stage, but they are not going to Dolby-printmaster it and print to film. The producer says, the are going to release it as a "digital cinema product", but he can't explain, what type of delivery they will use. He wants six discrete channels from me. I still suppose to monitor the mix through Dolby CP650 for correct levels and X-curve EQ. Am I right?
