I've recorded Foley on 1 or 2 skin-a-max films. We didn't do a wall to wall job but just filled in things. Most of it was sheet movements, skin movements, and of course a lot of kissing. The session ranged from a lot of laughing to a few points of awkward silence between me and the Foley artist. It was an interesting day to say the least.

I've done a bit of this sort of thing. It depends on the production house, the productions aesthetic (ie, you don't do much for gonzo style, but more for Andrew Blake or similar) and of course the budget. The most important thing to have with you is a table/dessert spoon. You keep it next to your edit/mix position and ever time you get a boner you pick up the spoon and whack yourself hard on the knob. Otherwise you wouldn't get anything done.
