What's A Good Price Range For Exclusive Rights?

Hey Everyone,
I contacted a music library and they are interested in acquiring my tracks. They're asking for exclusive rights to my work, which I am open-minded about as long as I can get a good deal. I would like to know what would be a fair deal since I won't be able to sell the tracks to anyone else anymore.
I write :30 pieces designed for radio and TV spots, as well as full loop packages (1:00-4:00 in length). My work span a cross range of popular genres (hip hop, RnB, Pop, Reggae, easy listening, etc.).

Chances are they will be Telling YOU what they will pay for it. Try to get at least your writers share, and hopefully they will offer you a decent buyout, though most likely it won't be near what you expect or want...

this is at least my experience with most libraries, its hardly a negotiating thing, they usually have a set price.

Well, they are asking me for a minimum price. I don't want to quote anything that is too outrageous on one hand or ridiculously low on the other hand. I would like to know a decent price threshold to work with.

The library I work with give me $700 for anything less than 2min and $1000 for songs 2min+.

I loose all rights except for the performance rights by selling it.
