Thread Starter | New program for cueing ADR in Pro Tools
Great forum. Sorry my first post is a shameless plug.... We're please to announce the release of EdiCue, available for OSX and Windows. EdiCue enables sound editors to log ADR Cues and Department Notes within Pro Tools. It can create: - PDF scripts in various formats and colors - Midi files to create cue beeps, name recordings and fire vision wipes/streamers - Text files that can be loaded into hardware streamer devices The demo download includes sample sessions for Pro Tools version 5, 6 & 7. For more information checkout www.soundsinsync.com Best regards, Mark |

Looks pretty interesting. Seems like a lot of work for cue sheets, though - when you watch step by step in the video. I guess if you're doing your own recording directly into pro tools instead of going to a stage or something, then it may be useful. |

Welcome to the forum! Interesting software, no need for it now, but certainly something to keep in mind... |

I take it you'd be interested in logging cues in SADiE? We haven't looked into this as yet, but it is on the list of extra features to consider. A lot depends on what information can be extracted from a DAW session/project file. I'll let you know when we're looking into it and possibly get you to try a few things out for us. Regards, Mark | |
