I need QC guys

or girls

the studio I work at needs QC'ers , and thought being that this post forum is filled with pro post cats in the LA area and better to throw the word out here than craigslist or other random post forums.. unless you guys know where the QC'ers hang out virtually

so if you guys know of someone or hear something, have a friend etc. PM me.

it would be QCing NBC and FOX masters so hopefully it'll be worthwhile for the inquirers

PS, the job offered section might be missed by the post section imo, thus the reason i post here. sorry mods
thx.

apart from the M&E nonsense, catching analogue peaks is hard!
There's no hold time, they are in and out lightning quick like a mischievous teenager with a lack of moral fibre.

some rasterizer have a red alert warning system but will only work if you can see at the same time than the screen

it would be a good idea to be able to have TC run into the rasterizers and be able to get TC readings on where peaks happened and other things like RGB overshoots and so on that you could only see if you are looking straight to the rasterizer and not only the screen.
