We are seeking an ADR Scheduler for our Hollywood, CA facility.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include: Scheduling ADR for all Todd AO ADR stages, coverage for Feature Mix Stage scheduling during vacation, quoting and approving rates and minimums to clients and billing. Must be willing to be on-call after regular business hours.

Job Qualifications:
General knowledge of post production sound, strong phone ettiquette and problem solving skills, willingness to be on call for after hours/weekend phone calls.

Educational/Technical Requirements:
- Knowledge of Xytech, Microsoft Word and Excel, strong math skills a plus.
