Can anyone recommend some stages?

Hi . Im looking for an affordable - yet professional and high quality - mix stage and foley stage in the LA or NY area for a lower budget feature. Can you guys drop some names ?

Thanks in advance

In LA, Marti Humphrey's "The Dub Stage" seems to get a lot of indie feature work. In NYC our own Georgia's World Wide Audio, ditto. Those 2 are where I'd start looking.

Define "lower budget feature". What is the all in post budget?

In Los Angeles I can take care of your Foley and I would highly recommend contacting Marti for the mix stage. They're great guys over there and always make my stuff sound wonderful. PM me if you would like to discuss the Foley further.

Thank you guys for the recommendation. I just finished a Feature that John Santacore did the Foley on and I was very happy with his work. Please give me a call and we can talk.

Nick Neutra & Kyle Billingsley at Post Creations in Van Nuys do the Foley on every film I do, they're fantastic!

In New York try Georgia at WW Audio.

In LA, talk to Marti at The Dub Stage or Joe Milner at Puget Sound.

My recommendation would be to let one of these people guide you on who should do the Foley.

It might come down to schedule and availability.

(or if you want to try a Flyover State.....)
