Apple a pirate? Being sued by professor (appeal)

A Professor successfully sued Apple for half a billion dollars, but the jury verdict was overturned by a judge. It's now on appeal

It wasn't the first time. That's why I don't use Apple products.

To be fair though, most any big company out there is guilty to some degree (otherwise they probably wouln't be in buisness)
But i don't like stories of big guys pushing around little guys.
