Oh I'm sure there are, however a space plan is a space plan, and walls are walls, so the floor plan allocation looks light... assuming furnishings and diffusor elements are indeed where they will be.

I'm not trying to coax out answers, I will continue to follow intently.

I'm a builder and musician on the Eastern Mainline. I'm currently working a few small music spaces. That's just a photo of me in Phil Nicolo's Studio 4.
