New Garage for Band Rehearsal

Hey!

This is my first post here in the forum, but I must say that I follow this site for a long time.
I'm portuguese, so you can expect some mistakes, and sorry for that.

So, I will move house, and I want to do a Rehearsal garage. I will need to do some insulation, but I don't know if I'll need much reduction in dBs.

Here is the Garage Plans:

Here I'll post some photos of where the garage will be, and there you can see the distance between neighbourhood and the Garage.

Based on these plans and distances, and after doing a big research here in the forum and in ohter sites, I sketched the plans I have for the Insulation.

For now, I don't care much about acoustic treatment. I'm only concerned if I just need to do something like that, or I will need to do more insulation to avoid problems with neighbourhood.
I'm I going in the right way?

Thanks for the attention,

Lucas Pedrosa

I guess it depends on whether you are more like Van Halen or James Taylor?

Well, i guess you would have better luck in a more appropriate forum (studio build and acoustics maybe).
This is a photo diary forum.
But that's only a guess.

I made this post here because I will build this studio very soon, and I would like to share the studio evolution here. I thought this was the right sub-forum to post, cause I posted some photos of where the studio will be, the Garage Plans and the Insulation plans in a sketch. I'm just asking for opinions if I should continue with this insulation plan or not, and what should I do...

If you think i'm in the wrong sub-forum, then move this to the right one please, and sorry for that.

I'm more like Radiohead, Foals and that kind of stuff. I think the biggest problem are the drums...
