Thread Starter | The Music Lab - Orlando - Studio Build
Hi there. My name is Andrew Hautzenroeder and I am one of the owners of The Music Lab in Florida. My partner Alex Assoian and I decided to push the envelope of the business model for the recording studio. We opened in the middle of retail heaven in the Winter Park Village and right next door to our local Guitar Center. What follows is our journey through building our Recording Studio/Lesson Facility/Rehearsal Space in the hart of a shopping center! Yes it is, but not to the point of problematic... We have been in session for almost 3 months and no real ill effect. The building layout and budget concerns dictated this decision... ohwell.
