We just removed my SSL Duality and installed a SSL XL 9000K in my home studio. I know most people have never seen one installed so I thought I would share the process.

Console is installed on the 2nd floor of a residence so it can not be carried up the stairs so we used a crane. We removed the window and flew the console in.

I have over 250 plus pieces of outboard gear and the fact that the Duality has only 24 busses and no small fader makes it very limited.
