New project studio / photo thread

Hi everyone.

My name is Mike and I come from Slovenia, Europe. I don't know how to start and my english is not perfect, so I'll do my best.

After years of dreaming, I finaly started to build it.
The studio will be located in our family company (I'm in quiet warehouse), so I don't need to wory about any neighbours etc. My goal is that my room will sound good. I'm a producer of Electronic music, so I will not record any bands, drums, etc. I only need a good sounding mix/control room.

The room is... 646cm x 496cm x 334 cm which brings 1 : 1.49 : 1.93

So we started with framing... everything is decoupled. Air gap between walls will be 10cm. Floating floor is also slowly coming together.

so... we close the whole thing with drywall. I've also done some bloody test with sealent that I found and put armaflex (special gum-foam) on every frame to prevent ringing.

I'm so jealous now of projects that start with a finished floor! We're heading into our 11th month of construction and we still don't have the slab poured! (We do have a more than 1.6km of conuit waiting to be locked into concrete, however.)

Hey guys.

So, the 1st layer (12,5mm drywall) and 2nd layer (particle board 22mm) is finished and we already start with 3rd-finall layer (15mm drywall) ... we use sealant between all layers. We also put 1cm of armaflex (gum-foam) under the layers, just in case Next week we start with ceiling.
