Hi Nikolas,

Sorry if this has been asked before but where did you get the custom drumskin from? I want to get something similar for my in house kit.

Thanks.

Looking good btw!

This is the company customskins.co.uk - custom printed bass drum skins graphics drumskin printing

I choose the expensive option ''Custom metallic bass drum heads''

the boxes contain the u-rack boxes for the console. Hopefully the desk will be assembled next week and the next step will be to mount all the gear. July and August we will be very busy finishing the control room so we can be ready for recordings in September

Yeah, it sounds very good, next step is to build some mobile panels for live tracking. They will probably made with 4 layers of 5cm rockwool.

I really like the live room - especially with the natural light from that giant window. Very nice!

Everything else looks like it is coming along nicely. I can't wait to see how it all comes together in the end; I'm sure it will be fantastic.

The room looks and feels nice but i believe the photographer was the one who knows how to capture that in the photos.

Hey Nikolas,
I've been following your hard work for some months, this is a complete blast, can' wait to see the CR finished.

I'm planning to make some diffussors similar to yours, witch wide/depth did you make the wells??

Best of luck.

Hi Carlos

For the one on the ceiling you can use these instructions
PME Records QRD Diffusor Construction
, they are quite straight forward. The lengths were 0, 5, 10 , 15, and 20 cm and the blocks were 5x5 cm

For the walls i have a drawing here

We used water based paint. The Polystyrene is already hard and dense
