My new studio layout

Hello guys here is a layout a friend of mine draw for me. I will be rebuilding a old place i have here at home i dont remember the exact measures but i will have it for tomorrow or saturday also some pictures of the places.

what you guys think about this layout.

wow. really...I like the sound blockers in your recording room and the sliding doors and the shelf space. But the mic room looks so mean to me. haha

I agree with Dylan, The Box live room is going to give you issues unless you are prepared to lay down a good amount of cash treating it.

You could always add a simple Isolation booth to the bottom left corner, kill some box and take it the rest of the way with treatment. Either way ISO booths are nice.

Hey guys i compleately forgot about this thread. hahaha anyway the ceilins will have at least 16 to 17 feet height and we changed a bit the design so i have to post the corrections the room is not huge but it has 15' by 17' more or less.

I agree, if the drawing is to scale then both rooms look close to a square.

What are the dimensions of each room, including ceiling height?
