If you're referring to the 3-D walkthrough, it's still available on Vimeo here:

The Marimba videos. I tried to have a look the other day myself. Your links are still there, but they've been removed from Youtube.

Thanks. I updated the postings to point to the new links. No idea what changed or why.

Almost all clients who bring video with them bring 5Dmk2 or similar. Here's and example of that:

We like real video cameras because we can run them for 3 hrs on a single 32GB flash card, whereas the 5Dmk2 needs all kinds of user intervention very frequently. We don't want to interrupt the flow of a session.

I hadn't thought of that! Yes the DSLRs do have short filming capacity. It´s just that my daughter likes photography and already has all these lenses...
Will have to see. Thank you for you feedback.

Just can't get over how nice your studio is...

More cosntruction...

For those of you who couldn't get enough of this construction thread, there's going to be some more construction happening in the coming months. We're building a gazebo!

We're doing a new site plan, permitting, etc., so not much to show just yet. But watch this space!

I've got a couple of 5DM2s and love them, but not so much for video. I do shoot video with them, but it's a big functional compromise. They provide great quality if you use them in their niche (no or little subject movement within the frame, static lighting, etc.) but they are no competition for a mid level pro HD video camera.

First I love this! Second I am totally "Clueless" as to how to record a setup like this! Third I love this!

Please do not take this as me hating but,

I am hearing some ringing on the tails that sounds a little weird to me...maybe it suppose to be there but I have listened at home on my Desktop Bluskys, on Cans (ATH-M50) and at the studio and here the same thing. I wonder if it is the video codec used? Just sounds like a digital twang thing going on...

Anyone else hear it or am I crazy?

Is it 100% dry?

Can you post a wave of the performance because the room sounds freaking awesome and I am sure what I am hearing is a conversion thing!!

I absolutely love this performance and recording. However, when I reversed the L and R channels I felt more 'immersed' in the sound. I preferred hearing the performance from the audience's perspective and having the visual and audio clues match.
