Cubase 7 Real Time recording problem

I m bussy with some tutorrials normaly i work in to tha box ( export audiofile ect )

Routing To Group channel. I record this on a new track so i can see the some difference.

But when i record the input signal is very low.

I change this in my sound card but still same problem.
And when i put the know up for louder signal @ mackie im getting deaf.


Does sombody know how you can change this ?
I dont want to use every time the gain to push it up.

Mayb there is no sollution but let me know.

You have this option in ableton that you can sample just what you hear.

So nothing goes true the mixer...
