The fastest way without getting an interface would be to get a 1/8" to RCA cable. Then go headphone out of the iMac, then plug the corresponding RCA connector to the corresponding monitor.

Ah, thanks! Although I do, in fact, have an Mbox 3... What's the difference in connecting them through the interface?

The D/A converters in an interface are ways going to be better than the ones inside the stock computer. Running your sound through the interface will result in a better sound
