entire mix is slow now

Sounds like the 'ol sample rate mismatch. IE when you Record at 48khz and play back and 44.1khz it will sound slower.

Take a look at your mix in a file explorer of some sort (outside of Pro Tools) make a note the sample rate and bit depth. Make sure you play back at these settings.

Edit: I also have had this happen and I needed to reboot. The file was fine my interface must have gotten stuck at a certain sample rate.

Could also be that the TCE tool was used accdentally?

I would doubt it as the TCE is supposed to not pitch stuff that you are time compressing.

But may I ask this. Did you try and time compress your whole mix? If so, why?

I don't really use Pro Tools much, but did you adjust the global tempo? Would this alter the tracks? It does in some other daws.
