Snake returns to monitors - signal flow help.

In this scenario, I have 24+ inputs that need to travel over 40m to a FOH and 5m to a Stage Console.

Questions:

-How do snakes deal with return outputs going to monitors? For instance, do both splits accommodate the max number of outputs/returns? Are they split 50/50 meaning I need to potentially accommodate for the max amount of outputs I'd need for a single return-split (i.e. more than I need, depending on ratio of Stage Monitors to PA/Audience Monitors)?

-If Splitters with 40m+ distance isn't possible (and considering only one split needs that distance), should I be aiming for a second stage box to extend this? Or is there an easier way to extend the length?

-Can I get Multicores with split outputs? Is what I just said effectively the same as a splitter?...

-Rather than using a splitter, is there a way to rebound the signals that I want in the Stage Console from the FOH console?

This, really, is purely hypothetical. I'm not looking to save money or anything relevant to budgets; I'm only asking for the knowledge.

All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks a lot. I've reposted the question there (after briefly looking around for a thread with the answers already imposed). Hopefully the answers I get there aren't too complicated though.

Cheers.
