Whats the best way to spend 5,000 dollars on music equipment to mainly record vocals? including laptop, program, mic, ETC. Thanks

Used c414xls +a used dynamic mic like the re 20 or the sm7b, bae 1073 mpf, used rme babyface, pair of Neumann kh120a, custom i7 2500k build win 7 64 bit desktop(or 13 inch mbp), 25-30 inch computer monitor, and a plugin bundle like soft tube or fabfilter
